  Description

  As part of this proposal https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/399108 , which provides oversight of Catalyst Circle meetings, I've planned to include a Spanish translation of our meeting summaries from roughly now until October. You can see an example of a summary here https://quality-assurance-dao.gitbook.io/catalyst-circle-oversight-v3/ccv3-meetings/meeting-11-4th-august-2022 (at c.3,500 words, this is an unusually long one, though; they're usually more around 2,500.)

  Translator for circle v5 summaries: (6 meetings plus 1 onboarding and 1 retrospective = 8 meetings) x $300 per meeting = $2,400
